Context

Ardamez creates high-end custom bistro tables, serving both private customers and professionals (cafés, hotels, restaurants).
Their existing site was no longer adequate to segment user needs nor to accompany customers through configuring their project.
They needed a hybrid showcase + e-commerce site combining storytelling, personalization, and efficiency.

How can you differentiate between B2B and B2C customer journeys while inspiring trust and transparency?

Strengthen trust in a premium artisanal brand

Highlight brand values and the world of its collections (Tradition, Haussmann, etc.).

My Mission
Lead UX Designer on this project of under 10 days, collaborating with a colleague.
Conducted the audit, led client kick-off meetings, weekly check-ins, and final handover to the development agency.
Implemented a clear B2B / B2C switch as soon as entering the catalogue. Monitored client feedback in Figma, linking strategy and interface.
Revised all key user flows
For professionals
Detailed quote request with full customization (tray, base, dimensions, color, serigraphy, edging…)
For private customers
Direct purchase via cart, with emphasis on valuing the brand and its commitments.
